Pronounced Macka-RŌn, this delicate Parisian treat is crispy on the outside with a slight chewy center and a sweet filling. Macarons are made with almond flour, egg whites and sugar, so they are the perfect Gluten-Free treats. We bake our macarons daily and never freeze them, so they are fresh and delicious when you purchase them. For large orders (4 dozen or more), please place an order and give us 2-3 days notice.
